Return, Exchange and Warranty Policy
Defective merchandise per the following vendors:
Carrera: You can email Carrera technical dept: reception@carrera-toys.com, please provide a phone number so Carrera can call you back if that would be helpful. One of their team will work with you to help you fix the problem, or have you send it back directly to Carrera for repair or replacement. You can also call 1-609-409-8510 to talk to thte customer service department. Carrera has given our customers excellent service, but, please let us know if you have any problems.
SCX defectives are returned to SCX. Please email usa-service@tecnitoys.com or call 877-729-2099 with questions about defectives and for return authorization.
- Slot Car Speedway cannot except returns on any merchandise item that has been used. Only unopened and unused product is subject to a return and must be accompanied by receipt and returned with all original packaging to Slot Car Speedway within 14 days of original purchase.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned plus the original shipping charges, deducted from the purchase price.
- If you decide to exchange the product for another item within 14 days of original purchase, Slot Car Speedway will work with you on the exchange. Our policy is to have you pay freight both ways on the exchanged items.
- Slot Car Speedway will not be held responsible for any defect in an item arising from normal wear and tear, alterations, modifications, neglect or self-repairs.
- All returns will be issued a return code by Slot Car Speedway and must accompany all returned merchandise items.
- Any display boxes that are cracked during shipping are not subject to a refund or replacement.

If you paid for insurance, please contact the carrier. Slot Car Speedway will pack your items carefully for shipping: however, we cannot guarantee how the carrier will handle them.

If you order an item that is clearly marked Temporarily Out of Stock, Slot Car Speedway reserves the right to replace your order item with a similar product to finish the order process. The item may be returned using the normal return policy guidelines.
